This 52 year old woman previously felt that she never looked good in a swimsuit, and found it difficult to find clothing that best fit her. She had a silicone breast augmentation. She is extremely happy with the cosmetic result. Her scar is placed within the inframammary fold. It is barely visible here, early in her recovery period.
