This woman wanted to improve the appearance of her nose. She did not like her tip or the dorsal hump. Dr. Bryson Richards performed a rhinoplasty operation to shave down her dorsal hump, narrow the dorsum of the nose, and refine her tip. She is very pleased. Here, she is shown 2 months after surgery.She also underwent a lip augmentation with dermal filler.
