This 74 year old, very pleasant woman, came to me complaining of heavy upper eyelid skin. She said that at nights, often times the skin would weigh down and make it difficult to drive. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty, removal of upper eyelid skin. She is very happy with the nice, crisp upper eyelid crease. She also states that her superior visual field vision has significantly improved.
