Our advanced certified laser specialist, Lynette Stephens, has more than 20 years of experience in the field of non-surgical aesthetics. Like Dr. Richards, she prides herself on constantly pursuing advanced training so she can stay up-to-date on the rapidly-advancing field of non-surgical rejuvenation and skin care services. Her goal is work closely with each patient in order to develop a customized treatment plan designed to achieve each patient’s unique goals while maximizing his or her comfort and safety.

Rebecca (Rebbie) was born and raised in Accra, Ghana, a West African British Colony. Her father was an engineer who was a graduate at Birmingham University in London, and her mother a successful entrepreneur. From a very young age, her parents instilled in her the value of education and hard work. She furthered her education in one of the most prestigious Methodist boarding schools in West Africa(Wesley Girls Boarding School). Her love for medicine was inculcated early with her own close encounters with childhood ailments and her uncle who is a Heart surgeon in Bosnia.
After Boarding school, Rebecca graduated from Chico State University with her Bachelors of Science degree and became a board-certified Physician Assistant from Touro University in 2014. Rebecca discovered her true passion for aesthetics and dermatology while working in the Emergency room.
When not at work Rebecca finds time for her passions which mostly includes her family, photography, knitting, tennis, and her new quest, obtaining her aviation license. Her zest for learning and her sharp wit make her a great asset to the practice. She finds time to give back to her community by being an adjunct professor at Touro University teaching the PA students and also singing in the choir at her local church.
Jordan – Physician’s Assistant, Cosmetic Injector

Jordan Christensen is a dedicated Physician Assistant with a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jordan developed an early interest in medicine, inspired by the vibrant community and diverse patient population of the city.
He received his Bachelor of Biological Sciences with a Minor in Psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2015. He then continued his education and earned his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada in 2019.
Currently, Jordan serves as an Aesthetic Injector in Las Vegas, bringing over four years of experience performing aesthetic injections and developing individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals. He specializes in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PDO threads, biostimulators, and injectable fat dissolvers. Prior to this role, Jordan worked as a Surgical PA-C at Desert Orthopaedic Center, where assisting with orthopedic surgeries and providing comprehensive patient care were key responsibilities.
Additionally, Jordan gained valuable experience as an Emergency Medicine APP at UMC Hospital, managing acute patient care in a high-pressure environment. Jordan possesses expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures and is also a Merz trainer and speaker. Known for his strong interpersonal and communication skills, he builds lasting relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care.
He is married to the love of his life, Kayla. Together, they cherish their time spent outdoors and value a healthy, active lifestyle, including hiking, biking, swimming, and going on walks with their dog, Captain.
Stephanie – Physician’s Assistant, Cosmetic Injector

Stephanie graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience before earning her Masters in Medical Science and Physician Assistant degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2009. She has been practicing as a PA for more than 15 years, bringing both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to her patients. Fluent in Spanish, she is able to connect with an even wider range of patients, helping each one feel understood, supported, and cared for.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Stephanie has called Las Vegas home for the past 17 years, where she has built both her career and her family. She is passionate about helping people look and feel their best. Her calm, approachable style ensures that every patient feels comfortable throughout their journey.
Outside of medicine, Stephanie is a proud mom of four. She enjoys music, reading, hanging out with her family and relaxing with a good puzzle.
Katy F. – Laser Specialist

Katy is a highly skilled and compassionate laser specialist with nearly five years of experience working alongside renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Richards. She brings vibrant energy, advanced expertise, and a genuine passion for skin health to our Laser Center and Med Spa.
Katy received her training from both the prestigious NIMA Institute and Med Surge Aesthetics Laser Academy, ensuring she stays current with the most advanced, non-surgical laser technologies available today.
She specializes in working with all skin types and medical conditions, including sun-damaged skin, signs of aging, acne-prone skin, scarring, and more. Her approach is personalized, results-driven, and designed to help every client look and feel their best.
Dedicated to delivering beautiful, lasting results, Katy is here to guide you on your skincare journey with care and confidence. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of three and brings that same nurturing energy to every client interaction.
Brandi R. RN – Nurse Injector

Brandi has been a key member of the Richards Cosmetic Surgery team since 2019 and has built a strong reputation among her patients for her expert eye for aesthetics and compassionate approach to care. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, she has called Las Vegas home since 2006 and brings a diverse medical background to her work in aesthetics.
Brandi began her healthcare career earning her EMT certification at 18 and working as a phlebotomist before joining a Level I trauma emergency department in her early 20s—experiences that shaped her calm and precise approach to patient care. Her career path also includes roles as a medical assistant and private practice manager in Washington, D.C.
As a skilled injector, Brandi specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments, hair restoration injections, and fat-dissolving “liquid lipo” injections. Dedicated to ongoing education, she stays at the forefront of aesthetic advancements to provide the most effective and up-to-date care.
Known for her attention to detail and perfectionism, Brandi strives to create natural, refreshed, and balanced results—helping her patients look like the best version of themselves without ever appearing “overdone.” She is a thoughtful and attentive listener, taking the time to understand each patient’s goals and prioritizing comfort and minimal pain throughout every treatment.
When she’s not working, Brandi enjoys family adventures traveling with her husband and four children, snowboarding in the winter, and summer trips to Lake Powell. Her commitment to balance and attentiveness extends into all areas of her life.
MarySue S. – RN, Cosmetic Injector

MarySue Simmons has more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse. She originally trained as an aesthetic injection nurse in Southern California and has over 13 years of experience with cosmetic injections. She has advanced to a master level injector and has trained with world-renowned plastic surgeons, dermatologists and nurses to master and refine her skills. MarySue has also earned a prestigious National Medical Esthetic Practitioner Certification (MEP-C) and is a licensed Arque Derma practitioner which continues to demonstrate her passionate pursuit for professional growth.
Through her extensive experience, she has developed a true aesthetic eye and a gentle touch, which so many of her clients recognize and appreciate. She is detailed in her patient consultations and treatments while striving to give each patient the best experience. She has trained other physicians, mid-level providers and nurses over the years and is recognized as a leader in the medical aesthetic community. In her spare time she enjoys flower arranging, crafting, traveling and spending time with her family.
