This very pleasant and attractive woman came to see Dr. Richards for revision breast augmentation surgery. Her implants were previously placed under the muscle. Her right breast implant had migrated across the sternum and would bulge along the upper sternum when she flexed her right pec muscle. Although she already had rather larger breasts, she desired a larger size implant as well. Dr. Richards performed a revision by removing the old implants, closing the old subpectoral implant pocket, creating a new pocket above the muscle, and then placing textured Sientra 695cc implants. Her breast implants are no longer distorted when she flexes her muscle. She is very happy with the larger size. Her cleavage remains perfect with movement as seen in the picture with her hands on her hips, flexing her pec muscles.
